Product Overview

ECOCLEAN 2 IN 1 series is a fully synthetic, multi-purpose premium compressor oil formulated with special ester oils and advanced additive technology. It can be used for lubricating air compressors operating at high or low temperatures and for dissolving and cleaning sludge and carbon deposits within compressors. It features patented technology and special esters, providing combined lubricating and cleaning efficacy.

Product Details

Performance Advantages

● Patented technology and special esters provide dual lubricating and cleaning efficacy.

● Outstanding oxidation stability and thermal stability prevent carbon deposit formation and coking. It has strong dissolving and cleaning action on residual carbon deposits in compressors, restoring compressor cleanliness and improving efficiency.

● Low volatility and evaporation loss, requiring minimal topping up throughout the oil change interval.

● When used as a cleaning agent, it can be added directly online without disassembling the machine.

Seal Material Compatibility

Recommended for: Fluororubber, High-nitrile NBR, PTFE, Epoxy paint, Oil-resistant alkyd paint, Nylon, Polyoxymethylene resin, POM copolymer, PBT.

Not recommended for: Neoprene, SBR, Low-nitrile NBR, Acrylic paint, Varnish, Polystyrene, PVC, ABS.

Oil Compatibility

This product is compatible with mineral oils, Group III+, GTL, PAO, PAG/POE, and special silicone oils.

Applications

Viscosity grades 46-68 are recommended for lubricating screw-type air compressors. They can also be used alone or blended into other compressor oils as a cleaning agent. Viscosity grades 100-150 are recommended for reciprocating compressors.

Screw Air Compressor Cleaning and Oil Change Method

● Check seals and gaskets to confirm their materials are consistent with this product's material recommendations.

● Before oil change for compressors with severe coking, first drain 30% of the old oil, then add this product in an equal proportion. For general cleaning, add 10-20%.

● Start the air compressor and operate normally for 2-4 hours, then drain the old oil. If time permits, the operation time can be extended appropriately.

● To thoroughly remove the lubricant and cleaned contaminants from the machine, drain the oil immediately after shutdown while the machine is warm. Slightly pressurizing the system during drainage can help completely expel the old oil.

● Replace the oil/air separator and oil filter. Refill with fresh oil and start the air compressor normally.
