Used as a high-efficiency cleaning fluid to decompose and remove sludge, carbon deposits, and other impurities during compressor operation. Particularly for compressors using mineral lubricants, using this product for cleaning allows for safe subsequent use of high-performance synthetic lubricating coolants.

It can also be used for cleaning and protecting hydraulic systems, heat transfer systems, gearboxes, and chain drive systems.

Usage Methods and Steps

1 Observe the oil level of the compressor oil to be changed. If it is at the standard level, first drain 10-15% of the old oil, then add this product to the standard oil level.

2 Run the compressor continuously for 40-60 hours. The operating temperature must be >60 °C.

3 After the above operation and cleaning, to prevent the deposition of cleaned contaminants, completely drain the hot oil from the compressor when the oil temperature is 50-60 °C for optimal cleaning results.

4 Replace the oil/air separator and oil filter.

5 Refill with new compressor oil.

6 If the compressor has been running long-term with heavy sludge and carbon deposits, add ULTRA SOLV at a 20% ratio for cleaning.

7 To thoroughly remove carbon deposits, after performing step 3 or 6, flush the residue with new oil or use TPI special flushing oil.

8 To maintain good operating conditions and lower operating temperatures, regular maintenance cleaning with ULTRA SOLV is recommended.
