ULTRA PURE LT is an ultra-clean, low-temperature purification wash oil specifically developed for aluminum cold rolling processes in cold climates or other low-temperature operating conditions. Formulated with selected base oils of specific molecular structures and special additives, it is designed for use in aluminum rolling oil vapor recovery and purification systems. Aluminum rolling oil, as a critical process medium during rolling, tends to volatilize, generating significant oil mist and vapor, leading to high consumption rates, resource waste, and environmental pollution. Additionally, leaks from hydraulic oils and bearing lubricants during rolling can increase the viscosity of the rolling oil and degrade its performance. ULTRA PURE LT series is engineered to work with rolling oil recycling systems and wash oil purification units. It precisely absorbs and purifies aluminum rolling oils, reducing oil loss and contamination, minimizing waste, and protecting the environment.
