HYLINA ULTRA ALC series is a specialty stain-free hydraulic oil formulated with synthetic components of specific molecular structures and selected additives. It delivers excellent anti-wear, oxidation resistance, corrosion protection, rust prevention, and foam inhibition, while providing unique stain-control capabilities to ensure reliable protection for hydraulic systems in aluminum and copper rolling mills. Compliant with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 21 CFR §178.3570 regulations for lubricants with incidental food contact, it is suitable for hydraulic systems in aluminum plate, strip, and foil rolling mills producing food packaging materials. Its performance exceeds the TPI Food Grade Circulation Oil 2000 series (NSF H1-certified TPI Super FGU 2032, NSF H1 No: 153409) and can serve as a replacement for food-grade hydraulic oils in food processing industries.
