AluCast T-90 is a fully synthetic, biodegradable release agent specifically developed for Hydro aluminum and aluminum alloy (including aluminum-magnesium and aluminum-zinc alloys) casting processes. Formulated with advanced biodegradable components and specialized additives, it is designed for mold release applications in continuous casting systems.

Applications
Recommended for Hydro aluminum casting processes. It can be applied via automated lubrication systems or manual coating methods. The product is continuously injected onto the mold surface by gravity or pump pressure. The specific dosage or coating amount should be determined based on the mold type and alloy composition.
