Performance Advantages
● Extremely high flash point and high-temperature stability, withstands extreme oven temperatures .
● High viscosity index and high oil film strength, providing reliable extreme pressure and anti-wear protection under boundary lubrication and shock load conditions.
● Excellent wetting and adhesion characteristics, allowing rapid and complete penetration into the load zones of chains, reducing the possibility of drip.
● Low volatility, reduces oil consumption, lowers the risk of contamination from dripping or slinging, and minimizes production loss.
● Outstanding thermal oxidation stability, resistant to coking at high temperatures, keeps high-temperature components like chains clean long-term, extending equipment life.
● Excellent material compatibility, compatible with most electrophoretic coating processes and water-based paints. Does not cause fisheyes, pinholes, or color variations on paint surfaces and has no adverse effect on paint adhesion.
Application Range
Recommended for chain lubrication in air conditioning, automotive, and metal lithography industries. Most suitable for automotive production lines involving cathodic electrodeposition, water-based spraying (coating), drying, and curing in ovens. These applications often involve immersing parts suspended from overhead moving conveyors in baths. When this product drips, it dissolves and disperses on its own, preventing contamination of production areas and process baths, avoiding pollutant buildup or interference with coating/electrodeposition.
Recommended for use in oven temperature conditions from 150°C (302°F) to 220°C (428°F). When temperatures increase, increase the re-application frequency rather than the application quantity.
This product is not compatible with mineral lubricants. When replacing other lubricants, thoroughly clean the oil supply system before adjusting the supply rate and pattern.
